About these terms
These terms apply to your use of drembook.com and to the information on it. Work for clients is governed by the proposal, quote or service agreement we agree with you in writing, which takes priority over anything on this page where they conflict.
Our services
DREM Book provides digital publishing services: editing, cover and interior design, ebook and audiobook production, distribution and marketing. We do not provide printing, shipping or physical delivery services.
Orders and agreed scope
Before work starts, we agree the scope, timing and price of each project in writing. Nothing on this website is an offer that binds us until a quote or agreement has been accepted by both parties.
Payment and refunds
Payment terms, deposits, refunds and cancellation terms are set out in the agreement for each project. We do not offer a general refund policy on this website.
Results
We work hard to publish good books, but we cannot guarantee sales, rankings, reviews or other results. Information on this site about the process is general and may change.
Your content and our content
- You keep all rights to your manuscript and other material. You give us the permission we need to carry out the work you hire us for.
- DREM Book owns the copyright in its own site text, layouts, templates and brand. Please do not copy or republish them without permission.
- Images and text on this site that were not created for DREM Book belong to their owners. See our Copyright and takedown page if you believe something belongs to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website to break the law, to attempt to get into our systems, to scrape or copy the site at scale, or to interfere with other people's use of it.
Expert profiles
Experts who join DREM Book agree to provide accurate information and to have the profile they submit published. We may edit, unpublish or remove a profile that is inaccurate, infringing or no longer agreed.
Our liability
We provide this website and information in good faith. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses from reliance on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
